NO LIMITS ignores sanity and every other setting on this row: each parameter is rolled uniformly across its whole legal range, note divisions included. Locks still apply. Two things stay fixed even then, because letting them move would make the roll less varied, not more: Expert Mode stays on (the pedal resets the previous mode's parameters whenever Mode changes with it off, silently wiping most of a roll), and the three metaparameters — Chop/Freeze, Delay/Pitch, Param — are never sent, because each one overwrites the individual parameters below that this tool sets directly.
